We were asked by Mercedes-Benz UK to deliver a product to improve the handover experience for customers driving fleet vehicles. These vehicles often arrived with little or no information and customers complained of a lack of information regarding the actual car they had been loaned.  After consultation with the client it was decided that every demonstrator across the network should have a printed specification sheet placed inside the vehicle for the customer to keep on delivery. An electronic version of the specification sheet was also required for email purposes. Our response was to build an online system that allowed the client to create a double-sided PDF that carried information both specific to the vehicle, such as price, P11D, BIK% etc, as well as an overview of the model range. The system has since been expanded to include vehicles used at shows and offsite events, as well as Mercedes-Benz Van demonstrators.
