To support the introduction of a new range of vans into a highly competitive sector. With several model lines and a host of options it was vital that front-line sales personnel could both understand and effectively present the product offer.
A mobile based application that used media rich assets to create an easy to follow configuration tool. Images used to great effect to show vehicle dimensions, specifications and technical features.
Model walk from entry point through to premium could be easily presented and enabled sales staff to guide the customer from initial enquiry, through qualification and on to presenting an appropriate solution, along with recommended options and accessories, all done without disrupting the natural flow of the sales conversation by referring to the handheld device.
Information about competitor vehicles enabled staff to overcome specific vehicle related objections, both objectively and accurately.
